Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide using a combination of couriers and Australia Post to ensure the best service possible.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping in Australia is $12.00 for all orders up to $120.00
  • All orders over $120.00 shipping is FREE 
  • BULKY ITEMS are pickup or local delivery only due to size and nature of product.  Shipping is not available
  • Free pick up from our store at 7-13 Roughead Street, Leongatha VIC 3953

Express Post Shipping Rates (using Australia Post)

All orders: $18.00 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail once payment has been successfully made. Please ensure all details on your confirmation e-mail are correct and notify us if there is any error as soon as possible. We are unable to correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double check that you have entered your address correctly. Redelivery costs might incur.

Once we receive your order, it will usually be despatched within 1-2 days. Standard deliveries will then take 3-7 business days.
Express post deliveries will be faster than standard Australia Post delivery but cannot be guaranteed next day due to our location in rural Victoria. We will endeavor to have all Express Post orders out on the same day that you ordered (if ordered prior to 4pm EST)

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Tracking

All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times.

Please keep in mind that most of our items are pre-authorised as “Authority to Leave”. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at a secure location. If this is not possible, the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to pick up or arrange re-delivery. Simply follow the instructions on the card to arrange a re-delivery.

Where possible, we recommend you have your purchases delivered to your workplace address.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us via email at branch@awsmith.com.au if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect and we will assist you.

Our Commitment to You

The one downside to having immaculate taste is that others might cotton on and want what you're having.  In the event that an item you purchased sells out on the shop floor before your order is processed, we will contact you and arrange for a similar product to be delivered or an immediate refund
